Our 3rd WHAT SHE SAYS talk with @drbrittspeaks For our 3rd episode @jess.ridder spoke with clinician and adolescent substance use researcher, Dr Brittany Bryant. We talked about Britt's work as a clinician researcher and how important it is to break the stigma associated with various disorders and seeking help, and, to make integrated care accessible. As we went through Britt's 6-question interview in more detail, we had quite a personal talk about the benefits of therapy, dealing with grief and losing the people we love. We spoke about purpose, self doubts and insecurities, and why we should never let those stop us from pushing through with our passions and pursuing our dreams. And why we should keep doing exactly the things, we actually want to do, but are so fearful about. This talk was recorded just before Christmas, but it took me some time to edit it.
