1) THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

Lockdown gave me the opportunity to do various podcasts, be part of various organisations and led me to founding my own organisation!

In the last 12 months I have discovered new potentials. I have worked on my spiritual development through the path of meditation. I have realised that the world is full of opportunities. I have had interaction with lots of new people from different countries while working on different projects which helped me to broaden my horizon.

2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

I became an overthinker which led to anxiety and I had to take help from professionals to come out of it. There were some personal issues that I would like to keep confidential that covered me with fear, which led to anxiety. It was really difficult to cope with it. Every day seemed like burning in fire. In the last 12 months I was not actually mentally healthy!

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

I wish for me to get into a good University and pursue my higher education. Also, I want to grow my organisation by taking more initiatives that will be helpful for society!

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

The pandemic and my mental health is my biggest worry for the near future!

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE? Jacinda Ardern as her leadership skills are really remarkable! 6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN?

Life is like a wave! Sometimes you are at the crest and sometimes in the trough but whatever position you are at always believe in yourself and keep your spirits high!

THE WORLD HAS BEEN CHANGING DRAMATICALLY IN RECENT MONTHS:

7) HOW ARE YOU COPING?

An idle mind is the devil’s workshop, so I am trying to engage in various activities like workshops, podcasts and writing!

Apart from this meditation and spirituality is also helping me to cope!

8) WHICH CHANGE OR EVENT HAS AFFECTED YOU THE MOST / HAD THE BIGGEST IMPACT ON YOU PERSONALLY?

My encounter with anxiety made me realise how many people suffer and they don't really have anyone to support them!

It made me realise how talking about mental health is a stigma and that led me to do something in this field!

9) WHAT ARE YOU MOST CONCERNED ABOUT THE RIGHT NOW?

I'm concerned with how the world is full of hatred, corruption and cruelty. People are leaving humanity and spirituality behind.

This concerns me alot!
