1) THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?
Attending the @ilabaccelerator retreat in Bali. Not only did my soul reveal why I must teach and share my own vulnerable journey to self love, but the opportunities that have presented themselves since I allowed myself to be vulnerable confirms to me every day that I’m on the right path after years of searching.

2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?
I was sick on my birthday. For a Leo who likes to have fun, it’s not what I would have chosen LOL!

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?
That the millennial women I support in learning to love themselves give birth to a new generation of hue-mans (who are already born loving themselves) that live from the heart rather than existing with the toxic ways we’ve been conditioned to live in our heads. Our hearts are 50,000 times more electromagnetically powerful than our brains and can provide us with a much healthier and happier way of being. It’s not rocket science.

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?
That there will be far more unnecessary pain inflicted on children and the environment by others in pain (because hurt people hurt people) before enough of us wake up to the fact that we have the choice not to put up with the status quo that serves only a very few.

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE?
This is the most difficult question… I can’t put my finger on just one woman. I admire many women because each one I meet has a beautiful story of resilience that I find inspiring. But if I has to be one, I’d say Lisa Nichols (@lisa2motivate ). She is a brilliant speaker and has been a huge inspiration to me for sharing my breakdowns to breakthroughs story.

6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN
ReMEMBER that your soul wants to play, but your hue-man gets in the way… I woke myself up saying this a while back. I obviously have some very profound dreams, LOL!
