1) THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

Having a book published was a literal dream come true, and it still doesn't feel real! Plus, it’s proof that you can achieve anything you want to.

2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

Having a book published - hear me out on this. As soon as it happened, I felt a lot of pressure to achieve something bigger and better. I’m only just starting to enjoy it, rather than worry about the future.

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

I've started working on another potential book that I hope will make a difference to how women's health is treated across the globe. It's a huge wish, but you've got to dream!

.

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

I have a few: that my plan to save up for a house deposit will fall flat, that I’ll mess up during one of my upcoming public speaking opportunities, and the state of the country after Boris Johnson inevitably becomes Prime Minister.

.

.

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE?

Wadi Ben-Hirki (@wadibenhirki:) she runs her own foundation to give children in Nigeria a better future. I interviewed her for my book and she is the sweetest, most hard-working person that deserves all the recognition in the world.

6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN?

Believe in yourself. I know it's one of those cliché quotes you get on the side of a mug, but it's entirely true. If I didn't believe in my ideas, I wouldn't be able to call myself an author right now.
