2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

I suffer from depression and had a big crisis that also involved my physical health. I felt extremely tired, had stomach pain, infections, couldn't sleep and not work for 2 months. It was hard to accept my depressions started to affect my body. I was scared of having a serious (physical) illness. Also, I couldn’t find a doctor, who took me seriously.

1) THE BEST THING THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

To reduce my working hours and accept myself, without shame or guilt. Helped by loved ones, I became a stronger expert on myself. To be able to rely on people (I don’t take this for granted), to get to know yourself better and stand up for your needs, I don’t wanna say: “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.” Some things are just shit! In this case, I was lucky to get out of it and to accept me for who I am. Mostly ;)

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

To be surrounded by loving humans and for everyone to stay healthy. To do loads of feminist projects and create a life’s vision, where friends can be family and family can be diverse.

Political change! Nationalism, racism and discrimination to stop. Us to stop looking for people's worth in productivity or looks. People and countries to stop exploiting each other and letting people die. Equal rights for everybody. No matter how you love, look or if you’re sick or healthy.

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

Things to go on as they currently are. People getting more and more hateful. Neo-Nazi terrorist groups getting bigger in Germany.

In my personal life: I’m not really worried right now, that’s new ;)

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE?

Hannah Gadsby. I admire her way to express herself. Also many women who surround me. Having loads of great women around, makes me stronger.

6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN?

You don’t owe shit to anyone. You’re worthy (also if you’re tired, sad or sick), stand up for your rights (if you can) and support others in doing so. You’re great!
