1) THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

Enjoying 4 days with close family and friends at my happy place for my 40th. A surprise organized by my precious husband. One guest after the other showed up, spending time with me - filled with pure joy, laughter, relaxation, deep conversation and good food. These days filled me with love and gratitude.

2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?

Being diagnosed with a slipped disc in my cervical spine and experiencing the most intense pain for several weeks, leaving me helpless, sleepless and completely distressed. The value of a body free of pain is priceless. I had to be reminded of that the hard way.

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

That the risk we took with starting our own business pays off - not only in terms of making a living out of it. I truly hope that I can look back and say: It was the right decision. I'm a better person and a healthier soul than before. I grew, learned and performed the best possible.

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?

The lack of respect and care in today’s society. The increase of isolation, aggressiveness and hatred. The enormous level of pressure surrounding us, which leaves us behind dissatisfied and prone to feel depressed.

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE?

German chef, Maria Groß. She made her way in a male-dominated industry - successfully honoured and awarded. She left all this behind and started again with a new place - to provide herself with more autonomy and authenticity. Listening to her story and her contagious laughter inspired me.

6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN?

Let “Women Support Women” not be an empty phrase. We don't have to like each other and agree all the time. But let’s find common ground and talk, share experiences and find connecting points. It’s cool to be kind.
