1) THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?
Confronting one of my biggest fears to work in a country I was always extremely afraid to go to. The fractured nature of things and the enormous amount of work is honing certain skills and pushing me to limits I may not have necessarily been pushed to in my comfort zone.

2) THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS?
Dealing with the loss of loved ones and the scary realisation that we really are living on borrowed time.

3) YOUR BIGGEST WISH FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?
To continue to make a difference in the little ways I can and to keep empowering/ inspiring people to venture out, through my journey.

4) YOUR BIGGEST WORRY FOR THE NEAR FUTURE?
The world seems to be spiraling out of control by the day. Kindness, love and genuine care seem to be pushed to the back burner. Racism, discrimination, hate, war, environmental issues are doing so much more harm to our world than we know.

5) A CONTEMPORARY WOMAN YOU CURRENTLY ADMIRE?
Barb Wigley @barb_jw. She is driven and stands tall even in chauvinist work situations. Her charisma makes it all look so easy. I admire her ability to lead without wearing her role/title on her sleeve, she is approachable. She knows how to let her hair down and have a good time but will push for results as needed. She has had her share of mishaps but her positive, easy going spirit can't be dampened. She inspires me and I keep telling her that I hope to be like her when I get to her age and her level.

6) A ONE-SENTENCE MESSAGE TO OTHER WOMEN?
In the bid to achieve, do not lose yourself, make self-care a priority. Your body is one thing you have control of, take care of it.
